Return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, along with return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
On receiving the item in an unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging, we will process the refund for the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or returns of gift card.
Refunds
If you return an item in an unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging, it will be eligible for a refund. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
On receiving the returned item at our facility and inspecting it, we will send you a confirmation. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and you will receive the refunded amount in a maximum of 30 days depending on the processing time of your bank or credit card company.
